This is the MTL (Movimiento Territorial Liberación) flag.
It is an organisation of unemployeeds and workers of Argentina.
Lately, their flags could be seen at the demonstrations in Puente
Pueyrredón claiming for food and homes.

The MTL (Movimiento Territorial Liberación) is a group of unemployeed people. They ask for jobs, by cutting the traffic of vehicles in streets and roads. These groups are known in Argentina as "piqueteros" beacause they do "piquetes" (the act of cutting the traffic).

The flag of the MTL follows the design of Anarcho-Sindicalist or Libertarian flags. The flag does have the Acronym (MTL) and the complete name of the group: (Movimiento Territorial Liberación) in white letters.
In one demostration shown on TV, plain diagonal-divided red and black flags (same design without texts) were also present.
